Fiorello Dolce Patisserie was Established June 2006.

With Executive Pastry Chef and owners Gerard Fioravanti and Steven Marinello. Joined by Sous Chef's Megumi Mase, Kristy Lopes and Chef's David, Angel, Derrick and Michael aka "Fresh". 

Home of the Best Croissants on Long Island and west of Paris. Everything we make is made from scratch. We only use butter and the freshest ingredients we can find. We make all our doughs sucre, brisee, puff pastry, brioche and croissant dough. Tarts, cookies, cakes and pastries are made fresh daily.

And yes we have ghosts, spirits and orbs. We also have some of the best rainbows you'll ever taste.

Ghost and Spirits visit our shop all the time. We had a medium come by to see who is here and we found out that some of the spirits are from years gone past and one lives in the back alley his name is Eddie. A lot of loved ones who passed come by and hang out with us. Moms. Grandpas, Grandmas, Aunts and some customers. I guess they miss the sweets. But a few Spirits are feisty and menacing. Plastic buckets will fall , rolling carts would move , spoons fall off a table , spatulas would twang on a magnetic board and a paring knife fell off a magnetic bar and slid across the table. Oh and every once in a while you may hear your name called out. Hey wouldn't want to hang out here. The flourless chocolate cake is amazing.
